- Architectural design of Projects according to relevant standards
- Manage clients and projects and report to Board of Directors
- Plan designer work flow.
- Investigate options and alternatives for architecture design concepts
- Fully develop architecture design concepts and prepare with the project teamdocumentation for tender and construction
- Clarify scope of work and prepare fee schedule
- Liaison with Vietnamese authorities regarding approvals requirements
- Coordinating all works for both internal teams and other construction professionalssuch as architects, engineers and contractors during project permitting and constructionstage
- Review all projects to ensure that the Company’s philosophy and quality standardsarebeing adhered to
- Encourage and supervise junior designers to provide good design and standarddetailing
- Responsible for leading the design team of architects, designers and CADtechnicians
- With assistance and through Board of Directors, establish strategic goals withdesignteam
- Assist Board of Directors in preparing design proposals, assigning project teams andparticipating in presentations and the whole design process from A-Z within project timeframe

- Bachelor degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years experience preferably in Architect’s office
- Experience and understanding in Project Permitting, Project Management andContract Administration
- Proficiency in drafting using AutoCAD, knowledge of SketchUp wouldbeanadvantage
- Required language(s): Vietnamese and English (Candidates communicate English with Japanese people and Japanese customers in the company）

- Design, project and people management skills. Prior management or supervisoryexperience preferred
- Good design with detailing capabilitie
- Good organization, leadership and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as team work
- Honest, hard working, independent and self-motivated
