1. Roles:
- Sales and Marketing Leader will responsible for developing new IT solution business with superior by analyzing markets, building business strategy / plan, establishing relationships with our clients, and managing the entire complex sales-cycles.
2. Responsibilities:
- Actively seek case studies around the globe, both inside and outside, conduct market trend study/research, and analyze customers and competitors in the new business field.
- Markets: Food and beverage industry, Retail industry, and Education industry.
- Analyze markets and create realistic and promising target business lists to make our business strategy / plan for IT Solution Business.
- Find new customers, partners, and projects in the targeted markets, and develop relationships by managing entire sales-cycles with customers.
- Build and deepen new relationships with clients, while maintaining and expanding existing relationships.
- Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level, and work independently or with a team to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate the terms to team members.
- Close deals together with Division and team members.
