The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating the sales process by preparing accurate quotations and contracts, managing comprehensive documentation, and providing logistical support for business travelers and suppliers from Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of quotations, contract.
- Documentation (internal and external).
- Attendants for business travelers and suppliers from Japan.
- Experience in either sales support or BtoB sales.
- Having work experience or knowledge about import/export trading.
- Experience in Japanese company.
- Japanese(advanced) *Emails with Japanese supplier, to attend to business travellers (internal and suppliers) from Japan.
- English(intermediate) *Email.
- Be able to go on business trip to HCM about once a month (2-3days).
- Willing to start a career as a sales support and if needed work as sales staff as well in the future.
