We are seeking a Sales Staff member to join our team, specializing in the sales of high-quality LEDs manufactured in Japan for the Vietnamese domestic market. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless communication with our head office in Thailand.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell LED products primarily used in automotive, motorcycle, lighting, and signaling equipment to local Vietnamese companies, including lighting manufacturers and traffic light manufacturers.
- Provide detailed descriptions and technical information about LED products to potential and existing customers.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and effectively to new inquiries, providing accurate information and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the head office in Thailand, detailing activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with assistant staff to ensure smooth operations and support in administrative tasks as needed.
