<Main Responsibilities>
- New development sales.
└Currently, our main clients are Japanese, but now, we plan to expand our sales channels to include Taiwanese and other foreign companies.
└You will approach the customers based on the sales strategy developed in-house.
- Business trip (domestic/overseas) *as necessary.
<Sales area/business location>
- Area: Around HCM (Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Can Tho etc.)
└Depending on the project, you may be asked to go on a business trip to the northern/central area (Hai Phuong, Da Nang etc.)
- Business clients: Real estate development companies, industrial parks, manufacturing industries, etc.
<Buildings and constructions>
- Construction results: Airports, commercial facilities, factories, etc.
- Construction details: New construction, renovation work, expansion work, etc.
