1. Doing Sales activity for Removal service and Life support service
- Make quotation, work with team to meet the customer’s request, follow up orders till completion.
- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization, close the sales, and achieve the monthly & annual target revenue.
- Collaborate with other teams to solve problems with issues if any.
- Comply with company’s policy on business ethics.
2. Proactive sales activities to achieve profits and sales revenue
- Designing a year-round sales plan to achieve the plan.
- Think and act on clear strategies, and effective business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals for individual and sales teams.
3. Creation of sales materials
- Create brochures and explanatory materials necessary for sales using PowerPoint and Excel
4. Other jobs as per BOD’s requirements.
- Experience in the service industry or sales position: 1 to 3 years (Serving and selling to Japanese people) (Real estate companies, hotels, shopping, etc.)
- Have 2-3 years of study abroad experience in Japan.
- English (Intermediate) and Japanese (Level N2~N1).
- Ability to understand others' feelings and stand from customers' point of view.
- Ability to work independently and teamwork with multiple tasks and time management skill.
- Take high responsibility, flexibility, hard-working, and willing to learn more.
- Ability to work under pressure and take a sensible course of action accordingly.
- Ability to have a high level of problem awareness, while take on challenges proactively following own beliefs.
- Strong and never give up spirit, Willing to learn and high motived.
- Dynamic, willing to help, actively participate in Progressive collective activities.
- Working experience in trade affairs or Logistics-FWD.
