Sales Staff - Japanese Speaking (Steel)

Sales Staff works with the Japanese team to develop products, manage orders, and coordinate factory production and shipments. The role also includes supporting buyer visits and finding sales opportunities for steel materials.

* Responsibilities:

* For processed product:
- Directly working with JP side about developing new products and following existing orders
- Controlling factory (3-5 factories), following production and shipment
- Arranging schdule and attending buyer when they come to VN to visit factory
* For materials:
- Visiting customer to find chance for selling steel materials

- Japanese: N2 ~ N1 level (must be very good)
- Male, from 25 to 35 years old.
- Education: University degree or higher.
- Sales experience required: At least 3 years in actual sales or trading (hands-on experience, not sales support, sales engineer, or sales coordinator roles)
* Priority given to candidates who:
- Have experience in trading or commercial transactions.
- Have experience working in the steel industry.
