Sales Staff (Chinese Speaker)

We are looking for a Sales Staff to support clients, handle quotes, solve issues, and grow new business in freight & ocean forwarding. 

* Responsibilities:
- Follow up with existing clients.
- Create quotations.
- Handle complaints and follow up in case of trouble.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Business in the Department:
- Industry: Freight & Ocean Forwarding.
- Clients: 10–20% are Chinese companies.

- Chinese (Advanced); for communication with Chinese clients.
- English (Intermediate); for internal communication.

* Experience:
- Experience in sales or customer support is preferred.
- New graduates can be considered.
