Sales Staff takes care of existing clients by handling quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules. The role includes factory visits and identifying customer needs to support additional sales.

* Responsibilities:

- Mainly follow up the existing clients
- Manage quotations, invoice, and delivery schedules
- Regular clients' factory visit (about 10 factories in a week)
- Capture customer's need for additional purchase.

<Company information>
- Sales items: cutting tools
- Clients: Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese local manufacturers
- Your responsibility: in charge of Japanese clients in HCM area.
- Sales style: 50% of catalog products and 50% of order-made products.

- Japanese: N2 level (capable of talking with the Japanese clients too・the S&L ability is important).
- English: Intermediate (for internal meeting)
- Over 2 years of experience of B2B sales, sales assistant,  or any clients' interaction.
