We are seeking a Sales Staff member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and coordinating with our Japanese headquarters.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales opportunities within the steel, paper manufacturing, and related industries.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Interacting with the Japanese headquarters.

<Work overview>
- Clients: Japanese companies, local companies.
- Industry: Steel, paper manufacturers, etc.
- Products: Iron and non-ferrous metals procured, waste paper from Japan.

- Sales experience: About 3 years (experience in the steel, aluminum, or recycling industries is preferred).
- Experience in purchasing materials by container.
- Interactions with forwarding companies (knowledge of trade and understanding of basic FOB/CFR).
- English: Ability to communicate with Japanese people in the office and the Japanese headquarters.

* Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the steel or aluminum industry.
- Interest in the environment (recycling).
- Experience in recycling/waste-related fields.
