We are seeking a Sales Staff to join our trading company, specializing in functional raw materials. The successful candidate will primarily focus on selling products from our group company. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Identification:List potential customers based on the commercial products to be sold, in collaboration with Japanese GD.
- Customer Outreach:Approach the identified companies to introduce and promote our products.
- Reporting: Regularly report the results of customer approaches to the supervisor.
- Sales Activities: Conduct sales activities and attend appointments, often accompanied by Japanese GD or sales staff from Japan headquarters.
- Quotation Preparation: Prepare and deliver accurate quotations to potential customers.
- Product Inquiries: Communicate with the head office in Japan regarding product inquiries, utilizing Japanese language skills.
