As a Sales Representative, you will grow sales of Health & Beauty products by working with major retail chains and key accounts. Your job includes building strong relationships and meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our Health & Beauty Care product portfolio in Modern Trade & Key Accounts.
- Secure partnerships with leading retail chains such as Guardian, Watsons, Pharmacity, Lotte Mart, AEON, and other major supermarkets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers, buyers, and decision- makers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, trade terms, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on product positioning, branding, and promotional activities.
- Ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, and on-time delivery with the logistics team.
- Achieve sales targets and generate performance reports for management.
