We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and fostering long-term relationships to gather project information. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to achieve order.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers and build and maintain long term relationships to gather project information.
- Achieve order and sales targets for the company's products.
- Provide technical consultation and support to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, distributors to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Education: University degree or higher.
- Experience: At least 5 years in one of the following areas:
+ Technical sales experience in the building equipment market or for mechanical equipment with M&E contractors.
+ Technical sales experience in the water environment or EPC market.
- Language: English proficiency required/ or Japanese preferred.
- Age: Around 35 years old or younger.
- IT Knowledge: Basic knowledge of hardware, software, cloud, and network systems required.
- Strong sales attitude.
- Additional Requirements: Experience in project management using CRM (SFA) is essential.
- Experience working in a foreign company is plus.
