Sales Director in charge of contribute to accelerate the growth of sales.

• Create and implement strategic sales to achieve business objectives.
• Develop relationships with Japanese buyers.
• Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, training and employees as well as appraising job results.
• Coordinate with production site to solve quality matters.
• Set up KPIs & feedback employees quarterly.

• At least 5 years’ experience in Garment sales B2B.
• Used to work at Japanese trading companies.
• Good knowledge of garment.
• Fluent at Japanese & English.
