The Sales Assistant Manager or Manager leads sales expansion in Southern Vietnam by developing strategies, managing distributor and retailer relationships, and overseeing performance.
* Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product presence in the Southern Vietnam region
- Identify, approach, and manage relationships with local distributors and retail chains (e.g., Co.opmart, Lotte Mart, Guardian, Pharmacity, etc.)
- Negotiate terms and close deals with new distribution partners
- Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance and take action to optimize sales
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and consumer trends
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, Hanoi HQ) to ensure smooth execution
- Regularly report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market opportunities
- You will also be responsible for managing a team of four sales staff based in Hanoi.
