- At least 3 years of experience as a project leader.
- Team Leader experience (10+ person team).
- ABAP SE/PG experience (DD, CD, UT) 8+ years.
- ABAP add-on development DD experience 5 years or more.
- PJT experience in Japanese companies 3 years or more (or 5 PJT or more experience).
