•        Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customer needs and develop tailor-made robotic solutions
•        Design and simulate robotic systems using ROBOGUIDE
•        Prepare and deliver compelling demos, proof of concepts, and technical presentations
•        Participate in robot exhibitions and roadshows—set up and operate demo equipment
•        Create technical proposals, cycle time analysis, and ROI justifications for clients
•        Provide hands-on training and support for robot programming, setup, and commissioning
•        Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and engineering to ensure smooth project execution
•        Track trends and competitor solutions to drive continuous innovation

•        Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Automation, or related field
•        2+ years of experience in industrial robotics or automation systems
•        Enthusiasm for robots and factory automation
•        Responsible, proactive, and growth-oriented
•        Eager to learn about technical products and advanced technology
•        Strong communication, presentation, and group work skills
•        English Communication (mandatory)
•        Willingness to travel for demos, training, and on-site support
