The Real Estate Investment Manager will support the Japanese Manager and Director in overseeing and managing office building projects. Responsibilities:
1. Business Management:
- Assist in the management of office building projects.
- Oversee the administration of project companies.
- Control and coordinate leasing and operation teams.
2. Project Finance Management:
- Monitor and manage the financial condition of ongoing projects.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
3. Acquisition and Investment:
- Identify and evaluate new project opportunities.
- Analyze project development structures, cash flows, and contract terms.
4. Contract Management:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with partners.
- Prepare and review project contracts.
