We are looking for the Real Estate Investment Finance Manager position to undertake analysing the new investment projects, managing of existing investments.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse data: evaluate the finance of the new investment projects (finance statement, business plan, finance data, investment scheme, feasibility studies).
- Finance/Tax Due diligence, negotiate the contracts with the partners.
- Manage the business plan, cash flow, budget, financial statement of operating projects.
- Manage the project company procedures, administrative works.
- Coordinate the site-visit, translate, make presentation documents, reports.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Graduated bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business.
- English: business level.
- Must have work experience in investment finance Due Diligence, FS, Business Plan analysis, etc. at a Big 4 companies such as KPMG, EY, PWC, Deloitte or mid-tier firm lower than Big4.
- Above 3 years’ experience with financial service firm, real estate developer finance works.
- Experience with investment finance due diligence, finance models, and fisibility studies.
- Effective writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and other computer software.
- Excellent attention to detail.

- Japanese: Prefer.
- It would be better if you have experience in M&A companies or capital investments.
