- Research & study of raw material, process technology, packaging materials, food safety matter.  
- Development works under manager in lab for our new commercial products, mainly coffee extraction products.
- Development of new suppliers for our new products.  
- Comply with worldwide regulatory legislation.
- Sensory and chemical evaluate samples, mainly coffee products.
- Do the trial running with manager in factory with production team, when we need. 
- Technical Support with manager to Production, QC, QA, SCM, Sales 
- Communicate with teams and related sections to solute the technical issues with managers.
- Do other tasks assigned by R&D manager.

- University graduate major in related Food chemist, Food processing technology.
- At least 2 years experience in relevant development or sensory laboratory role in coffee, tea, or bevarage company. 
- Good knowledge on industrial food (desirable coffee, beverage) processing technology, food laboratory role, food safety, hygiene. 
- Knowledge of the pilot size food process machine operating.
- Able to work independently in chemical or food laboratory. 
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
