- Quality check of delivered raw materials.
- Review of analysis results and feedback to the manufacturing process.
- Analysis of quality influencing factors and implementation of countermeasures to reduce the occurrence of defective products in cooperation with the department in charge of quality control. 
- General manufacturing supplemental work (including in-plant and outdoor work).
- General support for the factory manager and manufacturing section manager.

- Language: N3 or higher required, N2 or equivalent. (Communication with Japanese supervisor is required. Translation work required)   
- Word/Excel skills.
- Must be able to move to Vung Tau (near work location) (or live within commuting distance and be able to commute by own power). 

* Preferred skills:

- Good knowledge of chemistry (high school level).
- Experience working in a Japanese company. 
- Personality: Honest and sincere. Able to tackle difficult tasks in a positive manner. 
- Able to maintain order and build good relationships with others.
