- The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization’s products and/or development processes. 
- Understanding of Quality Management System such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025, API, JIS certification.
- Effectively maintain ISO 9001, ISO 17025, API, JIS, LR, ACRS, UL certification. 
- Developed functional audit checklists, administered periodic internal audits, and audits of external suppliers, and led to identifying and closing gaps to ensure Quality system meeting compliance to accepted quality protocol.
- Prepare the checklist and perform evaluate for supplier.
- Responsible for audit planning and conducts audits with internal auditors, including the closing of audit findings, and assists in the execution of proper corrective and preventive actions.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
- Coordinates product testing processes.
- Reviews client, customer feedback.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE).
- Three to five years of experience in the QA manager in the steel company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
