The Interpreter cum QC Staff is responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality control processes within the factory and before the delivery of goods. This role involves establishing and managing quality assessment standards tailored to each customer's requirements, overseeing the quality of goods imported and exported, and advising on quality-related issues. discrepancies promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of quality control of goods in the factory and before delivery.
- Establish quality assessment standards according to the quality requirements of each customer.
- Manage the quality standards of customers.
- Check the quality of goods imported/exported to/from NPMO warehouse and report immediately when errors are detected.
- Establish a quality training program for the units.
- Establish instructions for the use of measuring and quality control tools.
- Request to stop production when there are quality problems that require customer consultation or according to quality standards that need to be stopped.
- Advise superiors on quality-related issues.
- Investigate and report on quality-related errors.
- Record history of quality errors, non-conforming products.
- Implement quality standard guidelines.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the General Director.
- Implement periodic or ad hoc reporting plans as required by the Department Head.
