QC Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire quality control process and maintaining ISO standards across all production stages. The role includes supporting quality systems, solving quality issues with other departments.
* Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all activities of the QC department.
- Support & monitor the quality management system according to ISO standards.
- Control the quality of incoming materials, production processes, and finished products.
- Coordinate with related departments (head office and internal company) to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
- Train and develop QC team & internal training for workers.
- Report to the Board of Directors on quality performance and related issues.
- Japanese: at least N3 (good communication & writing email)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Good knowledge of technical drawing
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position in mechanical manufacturing.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality control tools/methods.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible.
