- Perform reliability appraisals of multifunction printers (multi-function printers), including scanners.
- Promote and manage safety standard related work.
- Oversee all diagnostic and safety appraisal work for MFPs.

- 2-3 years of management experience.
- Work experience in the same industry.
- Education level: College graduate, College graduate preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
- Age: Early to late 30's
- Language: Must be fluent in Japanese for effective communication with Japanese supervisor; said N3 and above, but the supervisor only speaks Japanese, so must be able to communicate smoothly.

- Proactive and self-motivated (was important).
- Experience with MFPs or related technologies.
