The QA/QC Staff serves as the primary communication liaison between the factory and customers, ensuring seamless information flow regarding product specifications, inquiries, and quality-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Communication window between factory and customer: receiving information from customers about product specifications, inquiries, quality information,... and deploying to related section.
- Cooperate with related section for quality claim correspondents, summarize, summarize and report to customer.
- Preparing for customer audit: planning, patrolling and monitoring.
- Using Minitab for characteristic reliability testing and reporting to customer.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
