- To assess the quality and ensure all raw materials are free from defects and in compliance with engineering and manufacturing specifications and government standards. 
- Driving supplier quality performance, including new product development and product quality improvement.
- Providing leadership and management for the supplier quality department.
- Overseeing supplier quality team and establishing quality control objectives.
- Ensuring the supplier meets all regulatory and company requirements.
- Performing quality system audits.
- Maintaining supplier quality records.
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Promoting initiatives to improve quality.

- Male.
- Must have a track record of supplier quality engineering in the area of mechanical materials at EMS.
- University graduated .
- Have experience in new supplier development.
- Have experience in cost down.
- Experienced in Japanese company people is a priority.
- English or Japanese at the business level (Must have).
- Good health.
- Willing to learn a new field, teamwork, enthusiasm.
- Logical thinking, hard-working.

* Benefit: 

- Working place: Ba Thien 2 Industrial Park, Thien Ke Commune, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province.
- Working time: Admin hour
- Day off: Public holidays, Sundays and 2 Saturdays/Month 
- Means of Transportation: Company bus for Ha Noi – Vinh Phuc- Ha Noi route. 
- Bonus: 2 times/year (Bonus based on positive profit from company business performance). 
- Salary increase: One time per year.
