Mô tả công việc

  • Work with Outbound Manager (OM) on project budgets and expenditures.
  • Attending Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Meeting with Client to share insights and highlights of operation.
  • Together with OM, create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objectives.
  • Problem-solving skill and be able to break out issues into actionable actions.
  • Being the contact point to communicate with Trans-cosmos’s client on a daily basis for all aspects of Call-Center operation.
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, working hours for project members.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Providing administrative support if needed.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Attending to ad-hoc tasks as assigned by General Manager or Client.
  • Reporting to General Manager/CC Director for any abnormalities in operation.

  • Experience in managing to performance targets desired.
  • Project management experience, able to work independently on multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Language: Advance or above level of English.
  • IT skills: Proficient in MS Office and CRM Systems.
  • Other skills:
    • Have strong management & analytical mindset.
    • Good reporting skill.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, strategic and analytical capabilities.
    • Result-oriented, problem solver, analytical skill, and customer-focused
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2-year experience in related field
    • Experience in managing to performance targets desired.
    • Project management experience, able to work independently on multiple concurrent initiatives.
    • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

    • Strong personality and leadership.
    • Extroverted management type.
