We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee low-voltage and telecommunication construction projects. The candidate will manage the Technical Department staff, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. 

Responsibilities:

- Management of staff of Technical Department
- Progress management of construction projects (basically desk work)
- Interactions with general contractors, clients, and makers
- On-site attendance at the start and completion of construction
- Drawing and confirmation work
- Creating estimates

<Business overview>
- Services: Security systems, guard services, etc.
- Construction: Electrical/telecommunication construction and maintenance for factories, office buildings, etc.
- Site areas: HCMC and surrounding areas.

- Experience managing construction of low-voltage/telecommunication works: Above 10 years of.
- Leader/management experience.

<Language> Either 1 or 2 below (1 is preferred)
1. Japanese: N2 level (ability to communicate with Japanese people)
2. English: level ability to communicate with Japanese people and other Asian bases
