- You will be responsible for the following tasks as a member of the SI Dep., which builds internal and external systems at an offshore base of an engineering company.
<Main Responsibilities>
- Building and deploying an engineering team.
- Instructions to engineers.
- Interaction with the Japan head office.
- Other engineers will in charge of actual development work.
<Development example>
- Database of equipment construction related parts.
- Systems used for electrical work, IT infrastructure work, etc.
<Language/Experience>
- Japanese: N3 to N2 level (ability to communicate with the Japan head office).
- Work experience: 3 to 6 years.
<IT skills>
- Development language: Java, C#, Python, Android, JavaScript, etc.
- Database: SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP (Google Cloud Platform), etc.
- Low code: Outsystems, ServiceNow, M365, etc.
- You can apply even if your main experience is only one above.
- PMP qualification is plus.
- Agile-related qualifications is plus.
