You will be responsible for following tasks at a newly established company that sells attendance management systems.

Responsibilities:

- Design and define service specifications and requirements.
- Implementing the system based on the determined specifications.
- Ongoing maintenance and operation after implementation.
- Developing new features to improve UX (user experience) and business performance.
- Refactoring existing functionality to maintain code quality and system performance.
- Debug and resolve bugs to ensure platform stability.

- Practical work experience in the following development environments: Above 3 years.
- Language: Only Vietnamese is available.

<Development environments>
- Back-end: Ruby, Ruby on Rails.
- Front-end: JavaScript, React Redux.
- Database: MySQL.
- Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform.

* Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledges of DevOps and cloud-based infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of optimizing the performance of large-scale systems.
