- Attending some projects and manage progress of each project.
- Have ability to understand and document the specifications, delivery date and create an appropriate schedule.
- Do design review.
- Do code review.
- Be able to report, communicate and consult in a timely manner.

* Language skill:
- Don’t need to have Japanese skill, but N3 equivalent or higher are preferable.
- Understand the documents/public information written in English.

* Qualification & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field/ similar project management.
- At least 1 year of Project Leader work experiences.
- At least 5 years of developing work experiences.
- Excellent leadership skills to guide the team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
