The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. This role involves leading a large team, optimizing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Report To Production Manager (Japanese) & Working with Experts (Singapore).
- Manage operators & leader ( 100 -200 person), goods, quality & quantity.
- Take care KPI, productivity, safety.
- Be involved in process improvement.
- Other details of the job will be discussed in the interview.
- Graduated College or University.
- At least 3 years-experience as Production Management.
- Good at English.
- Good knowledge about manufacturing systems like 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 4M, 7 tools of QC, PDCA.
- Know to use word, excel, power point, pareto.
- Management skill (The first important)
- Hard – working, enthusiastic.
- Located working: Nhon Trach - Dong Nai.
