• Report To Production Manager (Japanese) & Working with Experts (Singapore)
• Manage operators & leader ( 100 -200 person), goods, quality & quantity. 
• Take care KPI, productivity, safety.
• Monitor the production plan, process and progress.
• Solve the arising problems.
• Be involved in process improvement.
• Other details of the job will be discussed in the interview.

• Graduated College or University. 
• At least 4 years-experience as Production Management. 
• Good at English. 
• Good knowledge about manufacturing systems like 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 4M, 7 tools of QC, PDCA. 
• Know to use word, excel, power point, pareto. 
• Management skill (The first important)       
• Hard – working, enthusiastic. 
• Located working: Nhon Trach - Dong Nai. 
• Company provide bus transport from Bien Hoa to Nhon Trach & HCM City to Nhon Trach.
