The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure efficient and high-quality production. This role involves managing personnel, maintaining equipment and facilities, and ensuring quality control throughout the production process.

Responsibilities:​

- The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Personnel (HR) management.
- Equipment and facility maintenance.
- Quality control.
- Production process management.

- Experience in the printing and processing industry (especially in packaging printing) is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing department management is required
Ideally, the candidate should have experience in at least two of the areas mentioned above.
- Based in Bien Hoa or able to commute to the Amata Industrial Park.
- University graduate.
