The Production Engineer leads new product development and ensures projects run smoothly. They manage a team that supports customers, makes prototypes, designs tools and processes, and prepares work instructions and ISO documents.
Responsibilities:
- Progress management of new product development projects.
- Personnel management of staff in charge of the following tasks:
└Customer support and preparation of proposal materials related to new product development
└Prototype production and evaluation
└Equipment and process design for mass production
└Preparation of work instructions and ISO-related documentation
- Coordination and collaboration with other departments.
