- Work in a long-term product development project for such as real estate listings & search website / tech-enabled brokerage / real estate valuation and data analysis.
- Analysing product performance and redesigning as required
- Designing, developing and managing activities from product definition & planning to production and release.
- Developing the product strategy and roadmap.
- Managing prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance.
- Working cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure timely and quality release of product/ enhancements.
- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships. 
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation.
- Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successful achieved.
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.

1. Experience & Knowledge
- At least 2 year experience working in the proptech industry, especially real estate listings & search platform / tech-enabled brokerage.
- Backgroud for product management.
- Understanding of listings & search platforms and SaaS or tech-enabled brokerage service.
- Highly skilled market analysis with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production — from conception through release.
