The President's Secretary plays a crucial role in supporting the executive leadership by managing communication, documentation, and administrative tasks. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Main jobs:
- Interpreting in meetings, business trips and conferences.
- Translating documents.
- Making meeting minutes.
- Making payment documents for annual subscriptions of IFA, VFA, JCCH, Agromonitor, annual scholarship programs.
- Preparing POA for GD.
- Settling business trips and other payments of EBOD.
- Collecting and sharing daily market information on Agromonitor website.
2. Valuables in control:
- Keeping the company seal, stamping and recording stamped documents.
3. Report:
- Making sales record and forecast in Sales Meetings.
- Monthly making dealers’ inventory report.
