Order and Production Planning Leader is responsible for handling order intake, shipment planning, and production scheduling based on Japan HQ’s requests. The role also involves implementing ERP systems, developing workflows, managing inventory, and overseeing production performance.
* Responsibilities:
1. Order Management and Shipping Planning
- Coordination and receipt of order plans based on requests from the Japan headquarters, and dissemination within the company
- Registration of order plans and formulation of shipping plans
2. Production Planning
- Confirmation and adjustment of production capacity with the manufacturing department
- Adjustment and formulation of production plans to achieve optimal manufacturing costs (manufacturing resources)
3. ERP System Implementation and Workflow Development (with support from Japan headquarters)
- Practical testing of the ERP system and leading its implementation within the company
- Establishment of processes for order planning and production planning
- Management of production performance and inventory optimization
- Creation and management of production budget execution (annual/monthly)
