Order and Production Planning Leader

Order and Production Planning Leader is responsible for handling order intake, shipment planning, and production scheduling based on Japan HQ’s requests. The role also involves implementing ERP systems, developing workflows, managing inventory, and overseeing production performance.

* Responsibilities:

1. Order Management and Shipping Planning
- Coordination and receipt of order plans based on requests from the Japan headquarters, and dissemination within the company
- Registration of order plans and formulation of shipping plans

2. Production Planning
- Confirmation and adjustment of production capacity with the manufacturing department
- Adjustment and formulation of production plans to achieve optimal manufacturing costs (manufacturing resources)

3. ERP System Implementation and Workflow Development (with support from Japan headquarters)
- Practical testing of the ERP system and leading its implementation within the company
- Establishment of processes for order planning and production planning
- Management of production performance and inventory optimization
- Creation and management of production budget execution (annual/monthly)

- Japanese N2
- 3+ years of experience in planning and managing production and shipping plans at an electronics manufacturing factory
- 3+ years of practical experience in demand forecasting/production capacity adjustment at an electronics manufacturing factory　　　　　
- 3+ years of experience using ERP systems and production management systems
- 3+ years of practical experience in general production management and QCD management (quality, cost, delivery date) 
- 3+ years of experience in performance management and inventory optimization at the production site.

* Preferred Skills

- Experience in setting up new factories.
- Expert knowledge of inventory management, procurement, warehouse management, and logistics.
