* Do the daily work such as following in accordance with BTC Project leader’s instructions
- Implement procedures for service contractors, instructing service contractor staff in implementing building operation procedures.
- Supervise the daily work of service contractors to ensure the quality of work and services according to standard.
- Set up schedule, regular / irregular meetings with service contractors.
- Control and evaluate the quality of the service providers such as Security, Cleaning, Garbage collection, Landscaping, Pest control service, etc.
- Coordinate with the BTC PM team to solve the requirements and complaints of Tenants related to the quality of the building services.
- Manage our technician team such as attendance, work attitudes and maintenance schedule etc.
* Responsibility
- Have a responsibility as our company’s representative of the project under BTC Project leader(developer) to manage in good conditions.
- Manage the work and service quality of all service providers, include but not limited to Security, Cleaning, Garbage collection, Landscaping, Pest control service, etc.
- Ensures all the requests/complaints from Tenants and coordinate them with BTC’s PM team and/or Suppliers to solve as soon as possible.
- Manage our technician team to maintain the equipment in good condition.
- Conduct inspection of the projects to ensure that they comply with the relevant fire and safety laws.
