- Implement procedures for service contractors, instructing service contractor staff in implementing building operation procedures.
- Supervise the daily work of service contractors to ensure the quality of work and services according to standard.
- Set up schedule, regular / irregular meetings with service contractors.
- Control and evaluate the quality of the service providers such as Security, Cleaning, Garbage collection, Landscaping, Pest control service, etc.
- Coordinate with the BTC PM team to solve the requirements and complaints of Tenants related to the quality of the building services.
- Manage our technician team such as attendance, work attitudes and maintenance schedule etc.
- Do the daily work such as following in accordance with BTC Project leader’s instructions.

- Gender: Male/Female.
- Age: 27 ~ 50 years old.
- Level: College graduated or above.
- Language: Communication level in English.
- At least 1 years of management experience in commercial building.
