We are seeking an Omakase Chef to join our team. The candidate will be involved in planning and preparing exquisite dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients, while providing a personalized dining experience through direct interaction with our guests. Responsibilities:
- Planning and cooking dishes that utilise seasonal ingredients:
- Responsible for creating and cooking course menus using ingredients that change daily. Flexible cooking according to customer preferences and requests.
- Communicating with customers:
- Explains and proposes dishes through dialogue with customers over the counter.
- Kitchen management:
- Supervises the entire kitchen by procuring ingredients, managing the cooking process and sanitation.
