The Sous-Chef helps run the kitchen by managing daily tasks, ensuring food quality, and keeping things clean. Follow recipes from Japan, manage ingredients and kitchen staff, and also handle hiring and training.

Responsibilities:

- General kitchen operations.
- Cooking instructions (recipes are sent from Japan)
- Staff recruitment and training.
- Management of foodstuffs and sanitation.
- Managing kitchen staff.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Essential Requirements; Sous-chef experience.
- The candidate can grill steak.
- Knowledge of food ingredients and sanitation.
- Ability to communicate in English or Japanese is a plus.
- Experience in western food is a plus.
