- Site Management for mechanical & piping installation work / fabrication work on workshop.
- Inspection and Supervision for mechanical & piping installation work/fabrication work on workshop.
- Prepare method statement. inspection and test plan, Site schedule for each level for mechanical & piping installation work / fabrication work.
- Prepare daily report, weekly report, monthly report, checklist, inspection document, As built drawing,...
- Safety management, Quality control, schedule control, Risk assessment.
- Honestly, quick laming, diligent, problem solving abilities, willing go to site often on northern and southern Viet Nam.
- Work independent as a leader of sub-con, setup daily meeting with consultant, owner, sub-con.
- Close coordination and cooperation with project members and any relevant parties such as the Client, the Consultant and the Sub-contractors.
- Having Supervise Installation certificate. Experience in EPC project.
- Any other works instructed by Directors and Managers.

- At least 5 years Experience in Piping and Mechanical Supervisor, Site Manager.
- One who has the experience of supervising work at construction site is prefered.
- Site Management experience is preferre.
- Knowledge and several years working experience in ZW Cad.
- Familiarization of Vietnamese and International Construction Standard/Code (QCVN. TCVN, TEXDVN. JIS.).
- Understand the Design and Construction Law of Vietnam, construction process and other related procedures for Design and Construction in Vietnam.
- Experience in joining Water Plant Projects in North Viet Nam is preferred.
- Good command in English.
- Good skills: Auto CAD, Revit 2015, SAP 2000, Etab ( If possible ).
- Willing to go oversea for training and working.
