Mô tả công việc

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the introduction and implementation of new processes and technologies, ensuring that all process equipment is hygienically designed and easy to clean, and driving the correction of process-related product quality and operational performance deviations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate the introduction and implementation of new process/technologies.
- Ensure that all the process equipment is hygienically designed and easy to clean thereby preventing such hazards as microbiological, chemical, and physical contamination.
- Manage and control of all data base related to process engineering.
- Drive the correction of process related product quality and/or operational performance deviations.
- Assist and promote in the development of a competent and effective workforce.
- Develop equipment design standard equipment, process, and executes the mechanical design tasks in line with legal requirement and regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, or Process Engineering.
- Knowledge of involved areas /utilities process / equipment / quality tools.
- Knowledge of mechanical, maintenance, and standardization of engineering, utility.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks, able to generate engineering drawing.
- Language Skills (English intermediate level up).
- At least 3 years’ experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
* Knowledge:
- Proficiency using Microsoft office, AutoCAD.
- Safety, equipment safety, and process safety.
- Knowledge of mechanic, vacuum system, piping system, mechanical structure, and equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of project management.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Human relations skills.
* Skills:
- Math and computer knowledge are needed for mechanical, utility systems.
- Read technical drawings, machines manuals, and other materials.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical/critical thinking.
- Strong accountability, consistency, and follow-through skills
- Ability to work effectively with a wide array of plant personnel ranging from hourly employees to senior management.
