- Manage and update company’s website, official SNS account. 
- Collect feedback and analyze customer’s needs.
- Research and analyze marketing-related measures from competitors. 
- Research and analyze market needs and market-related issues.
- Plan marketing measures based on researching results and company policies.
- Evaluate and analyze different measures taken, then propose and implement improvement measures based on analysis results.
- Manage the marketing team's budget and personnel and perform related tasks. 
- Perform other tasks as assigned by General Manager.

- At least 1 year of experience in managing a team or project related to Marketing (priority is given to candidates with practical experience in the animal feed industry or working at Japanese companies).
- Skills in collecting, analyzing information, making reports and managing work. 
- Communicate fluently in English.
- Willing to go on business trips to provinces and cities when necessary.
