The MT Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and expanding market presence . This role requires strategic planning, execution of sales strategies, and effective team management to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- To achieve each Sales KPI such as Sell-In amount, Sell-Out amount per store, Number of Active Stores, Sales expenses and so on.
- To develop new MT chains according to management’s requirement and master plan.
- To proactively formulate sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets based on accurate analysis of the sales situation and agreement with management. And them to execute each strategy and tactics.
- To manage and guide all MT sales team members (Sales Supervisor, Sales Representative)
