MEP Engineer supports the Japanese leader in low-voltage MEP projects, preparing design drawings, BOQs, and ensuring system requirements (ACS, PAS, CCTV, FAS) are met. 

* Responsibilities:

- Assist the Japanese leader as a sub-leader and handle the MEP (low-voltage) area.
- Create equipment layout diagrams, physical configuration diagrams, cable layouts (between buildings and equipment), rack layout diagrams, installation details, and port layout diagrams based on architectural drawings.
- Reflect the requirements for each low-voltage equipment (ACS/PAS/CCTV/FAS) in the design drawings.
- Create a bill of quantities (BOQ).
- Provide instructions to BIM modelers and review deliverables.

- 5+ years of experience in low-voltage (MEP) design.
- Experience incorporating equipment into architectural drawings, designing equipment layouts, wiring diagrams, and rack installation diagrams.
- Experience creating BOQs.
- Ability to work in English or Japanese.

* Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on international projects
- Experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese clients
- Project sub-leader experience
- Construction-related licenses (Construction Economics Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, MEP Engineer)
