- Directly communicate with clients via email, chat tool, meeting to meet requirements.
- Analysis requirement & create/review design documents (Basic Design, Detail Design).
- Review source code, test case, test script.
- Deploy & manage server configuration.
- Lead small team (estimate, assign task, progress tracking, review output to assure quality,
report).
- Manage project timeline, report to clients on regular basis and manage project
performance.

- More than 3 years of experience in software development as BrSE role.
- More than 2 years of experience with one of PHP frameworks (Laravel/Wordpress/Symfony).
- Review code & debug skill.
- Experience in creating design document (screen/API/batch design, database).
- Experience in testing (manual or automatic).
- Good programming fundamental, critical and logical thinking skills.
- Japanese: good at conversation & writing (JLPT N2 or above).
- Commitment to excellence and self-improvement.
- Proactive in learning.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript Framework such as Vue, Angular, React.
- Good knowledge and experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
- AWS configuration.
- Have management skill.
