We are seeking a JW CAD Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying various types of drawings based on finalized project specifications from our head office. Tasks will include producing floor plans, elevations, layouts, finish charts, eave elevations, rectangular plans, foundation elevations, sectional views, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Create and modify drawings using JW CAD, primarily based on existing sketches and templates.
- The drawings to be created ate various.
- For example, floor plans, elevations, layouts, finish charts, eave elevations, rectangular plans, foundation elevations, sectional views, etc..
- Start with basic three-dimensional and plan drawings, progressing to more complex tasks as your skills develop.
- Collaborate with team leaders and sub-leaders to receive and complete assignments according to your skill level.
- Adapt to reading and understanding handwritten Japanese for drawing revisions.
- 1-2 years of experience in residential design with JW CAD.
- Experience in housing equipment design is also acceptable.
- JW CAD is preferred, but experience with AUTO CAD in residential design is also acceptable.
- Japanese language proficiency at N3 level or higher.
- The vocabulary used in the work is limited, so basic Japanese language skills are sufficient.
- The Japanese proficiency level of the staff in the company varies, so there will be support if you do not understand.
